SilverTrain are a 3-piece band based in
Bristol performing Rock, Pop, Blues & Ska.
Formed from the ashes of rockabilly band

"The Tonemasters" whom original bassist
Julian Bailey and Craig were the rhythm section,
Silver Train was formed in September 2011
when they hooked up with ex-BlueStorm guitarist
Rob Harris. A host of mainly '80's rock, pop
and ska covers was created in addition to an
array of rhythm & blues tracks to establish
a set that caters for a very wide audience.
Gigs began in November of the same year

debuting at the Cat & Wheel in Bristol
and since then the band have performed
at all kinds of venues and events including
Daz's Rock 4 Charity 4 Kerry which took place
on Weston's Grand Pier in front of 1500 people
in January 2012. Further R4C gigs on the
Grand Pier and at the Bristol Colston Hall
followed in amongst a busy pub and private
gig schedule. Julian left the band in March 2014
making way for new bassist Steve Dunk
formerly of The Alligators.
