Imberbus 2016

Saturday 20th August 2016
Join us again this year for our annual trip
across Salisbury Plain to the lost village of Imber.

A fleet of old and new
London Transport Routemaster buses
(at least 10 former London Transport Routemaster
buses plus a few newer ones)
will provide a regular service from
Warminster Station to the abandoned Wiltshire
village of Imber and other isolated locations
on Salisbury Plain, between 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.

Homemade refreshments all day
at Chitterne Village Hall.

As the buses will be operating an ordinary
bus service, there will be no need to book
in advance – just turn up and
pay the conductor on the bus.
