B3414 From Boreham Crossroads, Warminster, To Cotley Hill Roundabout (A36), Norton Bavant, Temporarily Closed For Road Repairs And Resurfacing

Boreham Crossroads, Warminster,
to the Cotley Hill Roundabout
(A36), Norton Bavant] will be closed for
5 days from 5th April 2017 for
highway maintenance.

 The official notice refers to a closure
for ten days. It reads:

"Wiltshire Council. Section 14(1) of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Temporary Closure of B3414 (Part),
Warminster Road, Warminster,
Bishopstrow and Norton Bavant  
(Ref.TTRO 4676). Notice is hereby given
that the Wiltshire Council has made an
Order to close temporarily to all traffic.
B3414 (Part), Warminster Road, Warminster,
Bishopstrow and Norton Bavant, from its
junction C10 Bishopstrow Road, Warminster,
to its junction with with Cotley Hill Roundabout
(A36), Norton Bavant. To enable: Wiltshire
Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction
work, surface dressing, road markings and
associated works. Alternative route: via B3414
(unaffected length) - A36 and vice versa.
The closure and diversion route will be clearly
indicated by traffic signs. This order will
come into operation on 4 April 2017 and it
is anticipated that the closure will be required
daily between the hours of 7.00 and 18.00
until 14 April 2017. It is anticipated that the
works will take the stated duration to complete
depending upon weather conditions.
Access will be maintained for residents and
businesses, although delays are likely due to
the nature of the works. The order will have a
maximum duration of 18 months. For
